Fresh from winning the 2023 GRAMMY Award for Record of the Year for “About Damn Time,” Lizzo and SZA connect for a new duet, “Special.”
Originally found on the former’s 2022 album of the same name, this version of the track first debuted on HBO’s Lizzo: Live In Concert special (SZA joined her during her Los Angeles concert at the Kia Forum in 2022). The track follows the release of a video for the original, directed by Christian Breslauer, also.
