As if dropping one album isn’t a big enough feat for an artist, Skrillex proved that he’s coming back with a vengeance by sharing two full-length projects this weekend. On Friday (February 17), the DJ shared Quest For Fire, a 15-track effort boasting features from Missy Elliott, Porter Robinson, Dylan Brady, and more. Fans have certainly been loving it, but the next night, he surprised them with more music while performing at Madison Square Garden.

During his set at the venue, the 35-year-old unexpectedly dropped Don’t Get Too Close. The tracklist on this album is 12 titles long, and the roster of collaborators proves that Skrillex has an impressive range. PinkPantheress and Trippie Redd join him for “Way Back,” while BEAM comes through on our personal favourite, “Selecta.”

Other recording artists joining the California native on his second album of the week include Yung Lean, Bladee, Kid Cudi, and Bibi Bourelly. Fans of Chief Keef will be happy to know he also makes an appearance, showing out alongside Corbin on “Bad For Me.” Additionally, Justin Bieber, Don Toliver, and Swae Lee also did their part to help out Skrillex.

The producer has been on an impressive run as of late, surprising listeners with a pop-up on Valentine’s Day at Good Room before hosting a party later on at Le Poisson Rouge.
